We are now taking online donations for your convenience. If you wish to let us know a memorial name or specific use you would like your donation to go to, be sure to type that in the box below the amount in the form. Gift Card Scrip Program: All Year!
The scrip program enables donors to buy gift cards to their favorite stores, gas stations and restaurants through the clinic. The gift cards do not cost anymore than their face value to the donor but the Scrip company we go through does give a discount to the Clinic. Some of the participating retailers are Family Fare, Meijer, Kohl's, Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Menards, Lowes, Bob Evans, Applebee's, Chili's, Red Lobster, Starbucks and Subway.

*When not during the holiday season (Nov-Dec) we ask for orders with a minimum of $100 due to shipping costs. Thank you. 

 

You can print off an order form and return it to the Fountain Clinic with your check, or you can write you credit card number on the form. You can also fill out the form below and pay online with your credit card or paypal account.

7th  Annual Reuben 5K Run/Walk - Saturday, March 21, 2020 -RESCHEDLED FOR JUNE 13th.
The staff at Pastrami Joe's Deli is giving back to the community by sponsoring the 5K Run/Walk which will help provide the Fountain Clinic with funds to help provide medical and dental care to uninsured and underinsured individuals.
 

Spring Craft Show - Saturday, March 28, 2020-Cancelled

A juried arts and crafts show featuring homemade crafts by some of the finest artists in the area. This event is held at Marshall High School. The clinic also has concessions available at the show.

Night at the Louvre Dinner and Auction - Friday, June 5, 2020- CANCELLED
The Clinic’s main fundraiser. The Night at the Louvre is a wonderful evening that combines a delicious dinner and entertainment, with a silent auction followed by a live Auction. The event is held under the stars at the beautiful estate of Tom Franke. RSVP by Friday, June 1, 2019 at the Fountain Clinic or ph. 269-781-0952 . Tickets are $60.00 per person ($40.00 is tax deductable).

 

Driving for the Cancer Cure Tractor Drive -TBA

Departs  from Calhoun County Fairgrounds in Marshall. Registration begins at 8am. Lunch will be provided. A silent auction will be held. We will also have T-shirts for sale. Donation of $25.00 per tractor. Donations will go to Fountain Clinic in Marshall and Bronson Cancer Center of Battle Creek.

 

Keep Calhoun County Smiling! -TBA Wilder Creek CANCELLED
Casual family BBQ with games, silent auction, horsedrawn hayrides, fall craft & face painting for the kids.

Kids 12 and under are free. Tickets are $20/piece which includes your meal. Benefits the dental program at the Fountain Clinic.

 

Fountain Clinic Smile Ride - TBA Wilder Creek

In conjuction with our Keep Calhoun County Smiling event we are having bike ride to benefit our dental program. There will be three options: 20k, 50k and a 100k. Registration is $50 and includes a t-shirt, lunch at Keep Calhoun County Smiling and participation in all the fun events. 

 

Santa's Bag -November 07, 2020-CANCELLED
A juried arts and crafts show featuring homemade crafts by some of the finest artists in the area. This event is held at Marshall High School. We will have over 150 booths. The Clinic also has concessions consisting of donuts and coffee in the morning and  sandwiches for lunch.
