Financial Contributions The Fountain Clinic is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax-deductible by IRS regulations.

We now offer the convenience of sending online donations directly to the Fountain Clinic through PayPal. You can click on the donate button on any page of this website.

If you prefer, just contact us or stop in during our business hours, or drop your contribution in the mail.

Donate Products Patient giveaway items we run out of very quickly, such as: Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Hand or Body Lotions, Deodorant, Soap, Shampoo, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Nail Brush, Nail Clippers, Chapped Lip Balm.

Scrip Program The scrip program enables donors to buy gift cards to their favorite stores, gas stations and restaurants through the clinic. The gift cards do not cost anymore than their face value to the donor but the Scrip company we go through does give a discount depending on the business to the Clinic. Just a few of Marshall area participants are Family Fare, K-Mart, Applebee's, Arbys, Ace Hardware, Auto Zone, Burger King, Little Caesar's, Pizza Hut, Rite Aid, Shell, Subway, and Wendy's.

Some of the Battle Creek participants are Walmart, JCPenney, Sears, Kohl's, Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Dunham's, Menards, Sam's Club, Lowes and Staples. Restaurants include Bob Evans, Chili's, Cracker Barrel, Denny's, Finley's, Fazoli's, Old Country Buffet, Red Lobster, & Ruby Tuesday.
