The Fountain Clinic is a medical

help those who
are uninsured and
under insured,
and
cannot
afford needed medical care.
Staffed primarily
by volunteer physicians, dentists and physician
assistants, our resources are used to provide
physician services,
diagnostic testing, and
medications for the patients we serve.
